Activating SPARX is easy!

You can register the SPARX card number and PIN via a variety of ways:

Call 750-LIFE (5433) in Metro Manila or 1800-10-750-LIFE (5433) outside of Metro Manila. A Pioneer Life officer will guide you through the registration process.

Complete the online application form at www.sparx.com.ph/registration.
