INSURANCE BENEFITS:

The Death Benefit shall be as follows:

A. Where the death of the insured occurs within one year from the certificate date:

• If death is a result of injury, the Death Benefit shall be equal to the Insured’s amount of Basic Life Insurance as indicated under Amounts of Insurance but subject to the Suicide Provision.
• If death occurs due to causes other than injury, all premiums will be refunded without interest.

B. Where the death of the insured occurs one year from the certificate date, the Death     Benefit will be equal to the insured’s amount of Basic Life Insurance as indicated     under the Amounts of Insurance.

Maximum coverage per insured shall be P500,000.00.
