Professional Licensed Real Estate Broker | Lead Broker of Sparx Real Estate | PRC License Number: 0021519 | DHSUD - 141854 Founder and lead broker of Sparx Real Estate, has been in the real estate industry since 2012. She started as an in-house agent for one of the biggest property developers in the country and has earned multiple awards and recognitions for her exemplary and outstanding performance such as 2nd Top Sales Producer for Makati Condominium Sales in 2014 and 1st Top Producer for Makati Condominium Sales in 2015 to name a few. On the same year, Virginia acquired her license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a real estate broker after successfully passing the government licensure examination for real estate brokers. In 2017, she decided to broaden her horizon and become a freelance real estate broker. Since then she has handled hundreds of leasing and sales transactions while also managing properties for her clients both local and overseas. As Virginia continues to pursue greater goals, she founded Sparx Real Estate in 2020 and aims to grow the company to reach, serve, and assist more property owners, buyers, and clients with their professional real estate service needs. |
